In the heart of Europe’s luxury fashion scene, a bold designer has carved her own path, not by following trends, but by redefining them. Natasa Christodoulou, the visionary founder of NATC Jewels, turned her love for design into an internationally recognized brand that blends Italian elegance with Mediterranean soul. Her story isn’t just one of success. It’s a masterclass in perseverance, authenticity, and fearless creativity.
Starting Small in the Design Capital of the World
Natasa’s creative journey began in 2007 in Milan, the global capital of design and fashion. Fresh out of university, she dived into the world of furniture design, working with established studios and building a refined sense of aesthetics. Also, she studied Fashion & Interior Design at Politecnico di Milano—one of the top architecture and design universities in Italy—and later pursued her Master’s degree in Visual Merchandising and Fashion Buying at Istituto Europeo di Design (IED), where her passion began shifting toward fashion.
Milan soon became more than just a starting point. It became her classroom, her launchpad, and her challenge. Working with elite brands like Dolce & Gabbana, DSquared2, Anna Molinari, and Zegna, Natasa honed her skills while absorbing the fast-paced demands of high fashion. Her participation in Milan Fashion Week brought her into the spotlight, offering front-row access and inspiring her to merge fashion with emotional design.
From Passion to Purpose: Launching NATC Jewels
After years of intense work in Milan, Natasa made a bold move: returning to her roots in Cyprus. Many saw this as a risk, leaving the global stage to start over, but Natasa had a bigger vision. In December 2011, she launched her own luxury jewelry brand, NATC Jewels, named after her initials.

Starting a high end brand outside of a major fashion capital came with many challenges. From sourcing premium materials to earning the trust of luxury clients, Natasa had to build her brand from the ground up. Yet, her unique blend of Mediterranean inspiration and Milan trained precision quickly caught attention.
Opening flagship stores in Nicosia and along the seaside, NATC Jewels began attracting an elite clientele looking for bespoke, meaningful jewelry. Each piece was designed as wearable art — expressive, intimate, and timeless.
Crowned ‘Best Jewelry Brand in Europe’ Three Times Over
NATC Jewels’ rise was nothing short of remarkable. In 2021, 2023, and again in 2024, the brand was named Best Jewelry Brand in Europe by the Luxury Lifestyle Awards, a recognition that placed it alongside some of the most respected names in the fashion world.
Beyond awards, the brand earned praise from top international fashion publications including Vogue, ELLE, Harper’s Bazaar, and Milan Fashion Week Magazine. NATC Jewels wasn’t just creating beautiful jewelry. It was setting new standards in craftsmanship and storytelling.
Jewelry with Soul: The NATC Philosophy
At the core of NATC’s success lies a philosophy that design should evoke emotion. For Natasa, jewelry is more than an accessory. It’s a personal expression, a memory, a story. Her creations are deeply inspired by her Mediterranean roots, Italian design discipline, and a profound respect for detail.
What makes this industry so fulfilling for me is that it blends creativity with precision, emotion with luxury, Natasa says. Jewelry is intimate. It holds meaning for people in ways that fashion sometimes can’t. That’s why it became my medium of choice.
Struggles That Built Strength
Behind the glamour and gold, Natasa’s journey wasn’t always easy. Entering the fashion world in Milan meant navigating a space that was already saturated with talent. Creativity alone wasn’t enough, she admits. I had to prove myself constantly, adapt quickly, and fight to be seen.
The biggest test came when she returned to Cyprus. Without the support of Milan’s fashion ecosystem, she faced the challenge of launching a luxury brand from scratch. But these obstacles became the foundation of her resilience. Today, she credits those early struggles with helping her develop a strong identity and a clear vision.
Living the Dream, Building a Legacy

Now back on the international stage, Natasa is focused on taking NATC Jewels even further. She’s currently expanding the brand into new global markets, developing a high jewelry capsule collection that fuses Mediterranean heritage with modern sophistication.
Upcoming showcases at major fashion weeks and exclusive collaborations are also on the horizon, all part of her bigger goal to position NATC as a world renowned luxury house rooted in storytelling, craftsmanship, and emotional resonance.
Her legacy, she hopes, will be one that inspires others to lead with authenticity. In a world full of noise and trends, your true voice is your greatest asset, she says. I want NATC to stand as proof that beauty has power when it’s honest, soulful, and fearless.
Wisdom to the Next Generation
To aspiring designers and creatives, Natasa offers heartfelt advice: Trust your instincts. Be patient. Don’t shrink your vision to fit in. Every challenge is shaping you for something greater.
She recalls moments of doubt early in her career, when she considered giving in to commercial pressures or playing it safe. But staying true to her values turned out to be her greatest strength. Today, NATC Jewels is not only a successful brand but also a beacon of how personal passion can transform into global impact.
Where Art Meets Emotion
Natasa Christodoulou’s story is a reminder that the road less traveled can often lead to the most beautiful destinations. From the design studios of Milan to the coastlines of Cyprus and the global fashion stage, she’s proven that it’s possible to build something timeless, not by following the rules, but by rewriting them with vision, courage, and heart.
Her jewels may sparkle under the runway lights, but it’s her unwavering belief in authenticity and emotional connection that truly shines the brightest.
